Posting and Collection

All orders are posted using An `Post. Orders are usually posted on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please allow up to 2 days for organising collection. If you need an order ASAP, please put this in the Notes section at the checkout and we will do what we can to meet this.

Not what you expected? Customers may return most items* for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Sending and Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please email karyn@mapletreepottery.com to arrange. 

*Personalised items are exempt. It is the  customer’s responsibility to ensure correct spelling and details of personalised pieces. Earrings are not refundable for hygienic reasons.

Damages and issues


When you receive your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can solve any issues.

In the unlikely event of a breakage during postage, a replacement will be offered. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be given. Please send photo of the damaged item and packaging to karyn@mapletreepottery.com.
